Suggestion: After Rookie Draft....Free Agent Draft

Before the Draft we all know we have to drop 7 players otherwise it will drop 7 for us for the 7 or more new Rookies. I am suggesting that after the Rookie draft is complete that we have a Free Agent Draft. The Free Agent Draft will be in the Rookie Draft Order. This way that the worst team can maybe add themselves a decent player that will benefit them then a team that was in the playoffs. Got to even out the talent on teams that is all.
